Refund policy

If you aren't in love, we want to make it right. You have 15 days after the delivery date to send your item(s) back by mail. To return or exchange, items must be unwashed and unworn.

EXCHANGES:

To initiate an exchange, please email shop@vieathletics.com with the following information:

1.) Order number.
2.) Name & size of item you are exchanging.
3.) Name & size of item you would like to exchange it for. 

Exchange Fine Print:
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unused condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive your exchanged item(s), your new item will be shipped for free.


RETURNS:

To initiate a return, please email shop@vieathletics.com with the following information:

  1. Order number.
  2. Item name and size.
  3. Reason for return.

Return Fine Print:
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unused condition.
  • A return shipping label will be issued via email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), the original form of payment will be credited within 7-10 business days, less the cost of return shipping.
